Partnership in Ministry Questionnaire This is a brief questionnaire designed to help us determine how, or if, we might be of assistance in the ministry in which you are involved, by equipping a team to serve in a partnership effort for a short-term mission trip (1 to 3 weeks). Many times there is the concern that a short terms mission group could potentially get in the way of the efforts in which you are already involved. If you find that Footsteps can be of assistance to you, our intent would be to have as our first priority to serve you and those to which you minister. We have no expectations that you serve as a tour guide. If you would be willing to spend a few brief minutes to fill out this questionnaire, it would be a great help.
